About the Position
This role offers a unique blend of network engineer apprentice and customer service representative roles, providing hands-on technical experience alongside customer-facing support responsibilities.
 * Assist with Microsoft 365 issues, such as password resets
 * Set up new users and manage access
 * Serve as the first point of contact in the Network and Operations Customer Support Centre via phone and email
 * Advocate for customers and contribute to positive customer experiences
The ideal candidate will have a mix of network engineer and customer service experience, strong technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.
