At our organization, we are seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Appliance Installation Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting drivers with deliveries and appliance installations in customers' homes.
About The Job
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic retail environment. As an Appliance Installation Assistant, your tasks will include:
* Loading and unloading delivery vans safely
* Delivering appliances direct from our warehouses or stores to customers' homes
* Calling customers in advance of delivery to confirm estimated time of arrival
* Assisting with installation of appliances and furniture assemblies
Your Tasks:
You will also be required to:
* Remove old products and packaging
* Answer all phone calls/queries regarding deliveries from our Customer Delivery Office
* Maintain accurate records on Proof of Delivery paperwork
