Project – Educational Development (construction)

Salary – €25K - €28K
About the Company
An exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing company on an educational development in Wicklow. There is at least 12 months work remaining on site. This is a permanent full-time role with a main building contractor.
The Role
* Support the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
* Liaise with subcontractors and clients.
* Handle and file important site documents.
* Schedule appointments.
* Answer phone calls and redirect the accordingly.
* General admin duties.
Requirements
* Proven history of administration within the construction industry
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite and competent with technology.
* Strong sense of ownership over projects.
* Eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
