I am currently partnering with a leading Dublin Hospital to fill the role of Head of Cancer Services - Pharmacy. This is a unique opportunity for a progressive Senior Clinical Pharmacist to establish themselves in a Senior Management role in a modern Dublin Hospital, where they will be able to influence policy and direction of the service, taking a holistic view in collaboration with Multidisciplinary Senior Management.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for Pharmacy Cancer services, whilst also taking delegated responsibility for Aseptic Services, Clinical Oncology, Palliative Care + Clinical Trials in the service.
1. Recruit, mentor and lead a pharmacy team as required.
2. Manage JCI accreditation and all Quality initiatives for own department.
3. Lead in strategic planning and presenting opportunities for service improvement to Hospital management.
Requirements:
* PSI Registration
* Clinical Hospital Pharmacy experience, ideally in Cancer Services - minimum 5 years.
* Evidence of successful people and process management in a Hospital Pharmacy environment.
* Further relevant qualifications and advantage, e.g. Clinical Pharmacy, Risk Management, Leadership.
