Overview
Responsible for: You will be responsible for preparing, producing, and serving breakfast food to the highest standard, and by food hygiene HACCP regulations.
Job Description
* Preparing and cooking all breakfast dishes to order and ensuring they conform to agreed standards before service.
* Maintaining the highest level of work cleanliness and hygiene throughout all duties and in compliance with HACCP regulations.
* Carrying out ordering duties as required.
* Dealing with the intake of deliveries
The Candidate
* Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
* Ability to adjust to high-pressure situations as they arise in a busy kitchen.
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Excellent knowledge of HACCP
