You will be responsible for capturing training data accurately within our system, Success Factors, and reporting on noncompliance with the relevant industry standards and organisational policies. The position also schedules employees in for mandatory trainings and competencies and liaises with training providers to ensure that they have an accurate record of training attendance.*Responsibilities And Duties*Developing, communicating and maintaining an annual mandatory training calendarLiaising with training providers to schedule employees for relevant trainings and competenciesReviewing and approving training rostersMonitoring, identifying and reporting on staff who are required to update their mandatory trainings and competencies within the near futureEnsuring that an accurate record of employee training data is being captured and maintained within Success FactorsThis is a permanent full-time role based at our central office in Belmont. Please note that the office will be relocating to West Perth in Q2 2026.*Skills, Attributes And Experience*Our ideal candidate will possess previous knowledge and experience around the administrative practices, procedures and processes related to training and development. They will have a demonstrated track record of being able to organise, prioritise and execute a rapidly shifting workload, as well possessing the technological savvy to work within different training systems.
