Utilities Lead Position Overview
We are recruiting a Utilities Lead to join our team in Cork. Due to significant capital investment and multiple projects, we need an expert to manage assigned vendor packages and oversee overall project timelines.
Responsibilities include managing assigned vendor packages for NGB-02 facility, reporting to the mAbs Project Manager, and interacting with various teams including A&E Firm Design Team, CQV, Automation, Construction, Procurement, etc.
Key accountabilities encompass understanding of Utility Systems through design, application, and troubleshooting. Must have mechanical utility systems knowledge adequately to troubleshoot and identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinating and managing specific packages during vendor fabrication is also required.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing packages on site, partnering with third party organisations, and stakeholder management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree qualified in Process, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
* 5-10 years experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry with competency in process design and management.
* Experience in Process Plant Technical Standards and design.
* Knowledge of CGMP's and other worldwide regulatory requirements.
* Developing high level project plans.
* Partnering with stakeholders.
