Our client a distinguished food production premises is seeking a innovative & experienced Engineering Maintenance Manager. The role overall is overseeing the engineering & process Improvement projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets, while fostering innovation and collaboration across departments.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement engineering strategies, project plans, and timelines ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and marketing for seamless project execution.
Oversee design, development, and maintenance processes to ensure quality, compliance, and scalability
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and procurement related to engineering projects.
Maintain clear communication and relationships with stakeholders including clients, vendors, and partners.
