Role Overview
As a Foreman, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site personnel involved in the installation and testing of Cat6, Cat6A, and Fibre Optic cabling across a variety of project environments. You will lead your team to ensure that work is carried out safely, to a high standard, and in line with project timelines and budget requirements. There may be a requirement to attend a full pre-employment medical in some countries across Europe. This will be carried out during the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day work of Technicians on the site to ensure a high standard of installation.
* Interpret technical drawings and method statements to plan and execute the team's work effectively
* Review quotes to confirm adherence to quote specifications and accuracy
* Ensure the team is in full compliance with Health and Safety standards and all site protocols
* Determine the training requirements for Technicians on site and provide appropriate On-the-Job training.
* Provide hands on support for the installation and testing of structured cabling when needed
* Monitor all activity under your care and escalate any out-of-scope activity to Management
Essential Requirements:
* Right to Work in the EU is essential: Must have an EU passport.
* Willingness to travel across the EU as required.
* Previous experience in a Foreman role on structured cabling projects, including large scale Cat6, Cat6A, and/or fibre installations
* Accreditation from one or more of the leading manufacturers is an advantage
* Must have a current Safe Pass or be willing to get one before commencing employment
* Pre-employment medical may be required.
* Certification in Working at Heights, Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP) or Hoist Operator training are an advantage but not essential.
* Proven people management, attention to detail, and communication skills with the ability to lead your team and provide training when required are essential.
