Conference and Banqueting Supervisor
The role of a Conference and Banqueting Supervisor is to oversee the smooth operation of our conference and banqueting facilities. This involves expediting guest orders, maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, and ensuring that all hotel standards are met.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to prioritise tasks effectively, and possess strong organisational abilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
2. Ensure that all food safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
Conduct regular inspections of the banqueting departments to ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
