* Oversee the day-to-day management of large-scale sites.

* Manage project scope and mitigate risk across projects.
* Attend Health and Safety meetings with site teams and subcontractors.
Requirements:
* Degree or relevant trade experience.
* Significant site management experience on residential projects.
* Background in residential developments essential.
* Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
