Technical Expertise Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to lead our Drug Product manufacturing team. Key responsibilities include delivering equipment qualification outcomes, coordinating technical tasks, providing technical assistance to operations teams, and guiding/participating in manufacturing investigations.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Provide expert leadership within the Drug Product manufacturing team
* Deliver equipment qualification outcomes during project phases
* Coordinate technical tasks within Drug Product to support product launches
* Offer technical assistance to operations teams during commercial manufacturing
* Guide/participate in manufacturing investigations with cross-functional teams
* Support Batch Disposition activities by providing subject matter expertise for comment resolution
Additionally, we require candidates to have minimum 5 years of experience working in biological, vaccine or pharma facilities; cGMP experience; ability to operate within matrix teams; data-driven approaches to root cause analysis; experience in Six Sigma; risk-based approaches to manufacturing; adaptability to changing priorities; Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or science discipline.
