Transport Regulation Project Lead
This lead role will oversee the management of SPSV licensing projects, encompassing application processing, complaints handling, appeals, and queries. Additionally, they will be responsible for supervising contract management, budgeting, and procurement processes.
* Project Management: Manage SPSV-related projects from inception to completion, monitoring budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
* Process & Quality Management: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve SPSV processes, overseeing documentation and implementing quality audits.
* Contract Management: Manage external service providers, facilitating daily, weekly, monthly communications and reporting, and monitoring KPIs, service quality, and compliance with contractual obligations.
* Senior Subject Matter Expert: Process applications, complaints, appeals, and queries, report analysis, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing teams, projects, and external vendors, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. They will be proficient in MS Office applications and have knowledge of public transport policy and transport regulation in Ireland.
