This is a key role focused on driving sales performance, developing bespoke solar PV solutions, and strengthening long-term client relationships across Ireland.The RoleLead the full commercial sales cycle from initial enquiry through proposal, negotiation, contract signing, and handoverIdentify and develop opportunities with SMEs, corporates, and public-sector clientsBuild strong relationships with developers, architects, engineers, and key stakeholdersConduct site assessments and client consultations to assess technical and commercial feasibilitySupport solution design through interpretation of PV layouts, grid requirements, and yield dataCollaborate with engineering and design teams using tools such as PVSol, PVSyst, or HelioscopePrepare and manage proposals, tenders, ROI models, and commercial contractsTrack pipeline activity and sales performance via CRMContribute to commercial strategy, market engagement, and continuous sales process improvementRequirementsDegree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline3–5+ years’ experience in technical sales or business development within solar PV, renewables, or engineering servicesStrong understanding of solar PV systems, components, and grid connectionsProven experience managing tenders, bids, and contract negotiationsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsFull clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationallyRight to work in IrelandApply Now#CplCorkSales#LI-MB3
