Responsibilities
Deliver large‑scale, complex supply chain management and operations transformation projects from design to implementation.
Work with client organisations to enhance business performance through digital manufacturing transformation programmes across various industries.
Expand EY Ireland's digital manufacturing offering, developing expertise in core solutions and tools.
Support the wider Supply Chain & Operations team to grow the client base.
Build excellent relationships with client personnel and deliver high‑quality client services, uncovering additional areas of opportunity and contributing to business development.
Lead and motivate a cross‑functional team, using digital technology to enhance end‑to‑end supply chain performance.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and present new opportunities and digital manufacturing approaches to clients.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree qualified in supply chain, industrial engineering, or business management.
At least 3 years of experience in supply chain & operations environments with a special emphasis on manufacturing transformation and Industry 4.0.
Motivated to bring expertise in digital manufacturing excellence.
Forward‑thinking, self‑motivated, and adaptable to new technological advancements.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Prior consulting experience is a plus.
Experience in manufacturing planning, operations management, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or end‑to‑end supply chain management.
Good project‑management and implementation experience of digital technology across manufacturing operations.
