In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a decisive approach to account management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring consistent communication and relationship development with key stakeholdersDevelop and implement account strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term client retentionIdentify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities whilst maintaining a consultative approach to client needsConduct regular account reviews and performance analyses to assess progress against agreed objectivesNegotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomesCollaborate with internal teams including product, delivery, and support to ensure seamless service provisionPrepare and present regular reports on account performance, forecasting, and pipeline developmentMaintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibilityRepresent the organisation at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunitiesMentor junior account management staff and contribute to the development of best practices within the teamQualificationsMinimum 3years' proven experience in account management or similar client‑facing senior roleDemonstrated track record of successfully managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growthExceptional relationship management and people skills with the ability to build trust and credibilityStrong negotiation and communication abilities, both written and verbalProficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelStrategic thinking and analytical capabilities with the ability to identify market opportunitiesProven ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teamsStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyResults‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targetsDesirable: Experience in specific industry sectors or vertical marketsDesirable: Project management experience and advanced data analysis skillsDesirable: Multilingual capabilitiesAdditional InformationWhat can you expect of us?A friendly culture that mirrors our proposition to our customersA fast‑growing organisation that defines itself as being agile and innovativeA drive for continuous improvement, which you will be empowered to get behind from day oneA commitment to building a working environment that values inclusivity, innovation, agility, and drive.An accessible and approachable Senior Management team And of course, you will be compensated competitively along with bonus potential and a good range of core benefits.Radius has an in‑house recruitment team who are dedicated to sourcing candidates directly and as such we do not accept speculative CV's from agencies.
