We're excited about what's next, and we're looking for others to join us on our journey.We are looking for aSr. Solutions Engineerto join our pre-sales team at Tines and win new customers. You will partner closely with our Account Executives & sales leadership to evangelize Tines' SaaS solutions and educate customers on the business value that they gain with no-code automation. You will use your product and technical knowledge to demonstrate how Tines can work with existing technology stacks to perform simple or complex automation without the need for coding or lengthy integration work.The ideal candidate will be someone who understands customer business pains and can show how Tines can be deployed quickly to add value and solve problems.What You Will Be DoingDevelop strong and deep knowledge of Tines no-code automation and apply your knowledge to security & IT challenges that our customers faceCreate and deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers and key alliance partners as you clearly communicate the value and differentiation of Tines solutionsConduct discovery meetings to understand business and technical requirements and translate those to a solution that will help our customers achieve their desired outcomesBuild and demo Tines Stories with customers to show value and win salesManage the technical decision process with customers, setting and managing expectations in validation events such as proofs of conceptCollaborate with Sales to identify key use cases to support competitive account strategies that solve customer challengesSupport enablement of Tines' priority channel and technical alliance partners and support their pre-sales engineers on customer engagementsBe a key source of market feedback into the product organizationContribute to our knowledge base by sharing key customer experiences & technical competitive insights and creating new Tines automation stories from customer and partner interactions and moreSupport the greater Solutions Engineering team in developing metrics and refining SE operations into best practices that are shared across all SE teamsResponsibilities You Will AssumeProvide strategic thought leadership by driving the strategic direction for Solutions Engineering within EMEA Region, aligning with overall business goalsMentor and provide guidance to other Solutions Engineers, fostering professional growth and skill development within the teamRepresent Tines at industry events, conferences, and webinars, showcasing the value of our solutions and establishing Tines as a thought leader in automationLead the design and implementation of complex automation solutions for high-profile customers, ensuring successful deployment and integrationWork closely with product management, marketing, and engineering teams to influence product roadmap and strategy based on market and customer insightsAct as a senior advocate for key customers, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is incorporated into product developmentIdentify and drive initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the sales engineering function, including process improvements and new tool adoptionWhat You Bring With You8+ years of experience in a pre-sales / sales engineering or technology delivery at a SaaS companyStrong technical background and experience working with APIs and a curiosity to learn new cloud technologiesSecurity and/or IT industry experienceStrong skills and experience with uncovering customer needsExperience with delivering compelling demos to customers and winning technical evaluationsExperience communicating with business and technical audiences to establish trust and influence key decision makersA love for learning, openness to giving and receiving feedback, and a passion for making clients successfulProject management skills and ability to deliver customer solutionsAbility to craft actionable insights from complex dataA startup mentality with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travel up to 30% of the timeFluency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skillsAt Tines, we're all about trying new things and taking the leap.
