As a Trainee Financial Advisor, you will be working towards becoming a qualified Financial Advisor. You will be part of a team of experienced professionals who will guide and support you throughout your training and development.

Job Description: As a Trainee Financial Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and upselling existing customer benefit packages, working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meeting sales targets, and setting up appointments for the Financial Advisors on your team. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with clients, build relationships, and provide solutions tailored to their needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have one year of sales experience and a proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding KPIs. You should be comfortable making calls, listening to clients, building solutions, and working to KPIs and targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a consultative approach to sales.
