We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our corporate law firm in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a corporate office environment, and will be confident in managing a busy front desk and offering clients and visitors a warm, professional welcome.
* Manage the front desk efficiently and ensure all messages are communicated promptly and accurately
* Provide clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome
* Excellent telephone manners and strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and good general digital skills
