Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Digital Asset Manager to oversee the implementation and management of digital tools for project delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital construction, document management, and tendering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain efficient workflows to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to agree on resource allocation and service delivery.
* Maintain high standards of safety, environmental sustainability, and quality control.
* Identify and communicate risks, opportunities, and commercial impacts to project stakeholders.
* Provide training and support for information management best practices, including the Common Data Environment (CDE).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Deep understanding of client expectations and business requirements.
* Extensive knowledge of ISO 19650 series standards.
* Experience in digital construction contracts, document management systems, and tendering processes.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field.
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in construction projects with expertise in digital solutions.
