Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
The successful candidate will provide essential support across a broad range of finance functions, contributing to the smooth operation of the finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare lodgements
* Assist with monthly creditor statement reconciliations
* Post multi-currency bank transactions in the accounts system
* Maintain the debtor ledger and handle sales invoicing
* Recharge shared site utility and service costs
* Process creditor invoices and EFT payments
* Support preparation of monthly trial balance and payroll reconciliations
* Assist with VAT reporting, budgeting, and audit preparation
Requirements include:
* Minimum of 2+ years working within a finance department
* Ideally a part-qualified accountant, working toward qualified
