Career Vision Recruiters Dental have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager for a high-end, well-established General & specialist dental practice in South Dublin. The practice has been serving the community for years, earning a reputation for excellence. Their patients come first. About The Role
This full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week) offers a fantastic opportunity to oversee the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day running of the clinic, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
 * Operational efficiency – manage daily operations at the dental clinic, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
 * Develop, implement, and monitor practice protocols, ensuring all staff and clinicians are well-informed and compliant.
 * Oversee HR functions and implement HR policies across the practice.
 * Team leadership – lead, develop, and motivate a high‑performing administration team; oversee staff training and support.
 * Communication – foster excellent communication within the practice; organise regular meetings with departments and clinicians to drive results.
 * Patient experience – maintain and develop strong relationships with patients, referring dentists, and suppliers.
 * Financial management – manage clinic purchases, cashflow, aged receivables; handle P&L, KPIs, and budget planning.
 * Ensure maintenance of the building, equipment, and IT infrastructure is maintained by support staff.
 * Perform additional duties necessary for the efficient running and reputation of the practice.
Candidate Profile
 * Reliable, professional, and well-presented candidate with strong leadership skills.
 * Empathetic with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
 * Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to generate innovative ideas.
 * Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to perform well under pressure.
 * Experience leading dental teams with a strategic approach to objectives and training.
 * Ability to organise marketing initiatives to attract new patients aligned with practice needs.
 * Strong focus on treatment coordination to deliver exceptional patient service and aftercare.
 * Proficient in MS Word, Office, Outlook; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
 * Previous dental practice experience is essential.
Skills
 * Strong communication skills.

 * Must have a good attitude and be a team player.
 * Command of the English language (written and spoken).
 * Previous management experience preferred.
 * Comfortable managing an experienced team.
 * Business acumen.
