FS Technology Consulting - Senior Manager - Technology Resilience & Digital Risk - Dublin
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain externally and internally recognized technical expertise in: Operational Resilience; IT and Cyber Risk Management/Transformation; Digital Resilience; IT Internal Audit technical SMR support; Third-Party Risk Transformation; AI & Data Governance, Risk Management and Compliance
* Lead client engagements, coaching the team on a day-to-day and assignment delivery basis
* Lead out on business development activities such as pursuits, proposals, events, and thought leadership
* Identify, nurture and manage client relationships as part of the management team
* Effectively manage client-facing delivery teams
* Ensure risk management procedures and quality standards are observed throughout delivery
* Foster and develop strong networks (local, area, global) with key service line champions across the firm
Skills and Attributes for Success
* Experience working in an IT risk and control environment at Senior Manager level or equivalent
* University graduate preferably from Computer Science/Information Technology background
* 8 10+ years of consulting experience in Resilience or Operational/IT Risk Management or Cyber, with at least 2 3 years at management level; experience in IT, project management, service delivery, and regulatory contexts is relevant
Ideally, you will also have:
* Big 4 management experience and training
* Knowledge of regulation and guidelines impacting the financial services industry, including DORA, Operational Resilience, Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management
* Financial services industry experience (retail banking, insurance, funds, capital markets, payment processors, etc.)
* Knowledge and experience of emerging technology, FinTech, Cloud services and Cybersecurity
* Knowledge of relevant frameworks and standards (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3, NIST, CSA CCM, COSO)
