Food and Beverage Service Staff
We are seeking highly motivated, well-organized, and passionate individuals to join our Food and Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining a high level of service.
About the Role:
* Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating ensuring hotel standards of service.
* Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and always maintaining the cleanliness of the Restaurant Take reservations and maintain reservation system.
* Assist in monitoring the guests needs and all phases of the operation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Control the flow of bookings, table allocation, confirm reservations with guests before arrival,
* Maintain guest satisfaction by attending to their every need
