Offer description

Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Professional to provide comprehensive support in recruitment, employee relations and administration.


Key Responsibilities:

* Support the recruitment process from job description creation to candidate selection, and extend job offers with accurate pre-employment checks.
* Deliver inductions for new employees, including PowerPoint presentations and health and safety training.
* Provide regular HR reporting on metrics such as absence rates, staff retention, and performance.
* Offer advisory support on employee relations matters, including investigations for absence management issues.
* Lead employee forums and organize events that promote engagement.
* Draft employee contracts, issue offer letters, and complete pre-employment checks.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience.
* Proven expertise in employee relations, absence management, and high-volume recruitment.
* Ability to create HR reports, deliver inductions, and draft employee contracts.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Time/Attendance Systems.
