About the role:We are seeking a talented and creative Mid-Level Multimedia & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling, branding, and digital content creation across various platforms.Graphic Design & MultimediaProduce print and online materials in an engaging, dynamic format.Ensure all print artwork is correctly set up and ready for print.Leverage and create templates, as needed, to layout and format visually appealing content.Create content libraries that are easily accessible and usable for our wider teamCreate and edit a variety of digital content (i.e., static images - illustrations, infographics; videos – interactive videos, animations, motion graphics, video post-production; and interactive web-pages) as defined by project owners.Implement best practices from our brand guidelines and act as an international partner to our location teams in all design and graphics communications.High proficiency in designing within Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong visual and layout skills.Operational ExcellenceWork collaboratively with all team members to understand the creative content needs of internal business partners.Incorporate changes recommended resulting from feedback loops into the graphics content.Coordinate with the other content creator roles to select and obtain needed permissions for assets.Establish and maintain templates in various formats to ensure alignment to the business and internal standards.Lead the development of storyboards.Ensure all documents are prepared according to project briefs, usable/executable, and compliant with our brand guidelines.Follow the relevant review processes prior to final production for all content.Benchmark as appropriate, seeking opportunities to improve processes.Perform other document tasks as neededClient ManagementThe Graphics & Multi-Media Designer willResponsible for managing timelines and capacity, coordinating with team members across multiple time zones (content developers, editors, graphic artists, and project owners).Educate teams and staff around project status.Anticipate, communicate and resolve project-related issues; escalating as appropriate.Suggest opportunities for existing processes and create new ones where required.Minimum Qualification Requirements:Qualification in graphic design, visual communications, or related degree (or equivalent work experience)3+ years' experience in both print and online environmentIn-depth knowledge of software design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated experience building content with media-authoring toolsThe ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude and be eager to take on challenges, problem-solve, and bring fresh ideas to the table.Added AdvantageAdobe After Effects or Blender for animated content.Cinema 4D or Blender for creating 3D assets.Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.AI-related skillsCuriosity & Continuous LearningWhat We Provide:A positive, collaborative team cultureA rapidly growing international companyA dynamic and enjoyable work environmentFlexible working conditionsHybrid Work optionsJob Type: Full-timePay: From €40,000.00 per yearBenefits:Work from homeAbility to commute/relocate:Hyde Court, Shaw Street, CO.
