Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a office administrator/ receptionist The successful candidates will play a crucial role in our operations, contributing to the growth and success of our company.
The role will include but not limited to answering all incoming calls, collecting payments, updating CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answering calls: Manage busy phonelines in a friendly and welcoming manner
· Customer Payments: Collect payments and confirm service/ call out requests
· Service Bookings: Allocate service bookings to engineers
· CRM: Update CRM after each call and service entry
· Employee Timesheets: Download and verify all employee weekly timesheets and enter into accounts team
· Vehicles: Carry out weekly checks remotely on all vehicle trackers to verify all in good working order
· Projects Analysis: Prepare excel spreadsheet costs analysis bi-weekly across all completed projects
Requirements:
* Experience Matters: A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar position is preferred but not essential
* Customer-Centric Approach: Interact with customers in a polite, professional, and efficient manner, reflecting our commitment to exceptional customer service
* Collaborative Worker: Work seamlessly as a team player and demonstrate the ability to excel independently when required
* Ability to multi task
* Computer Skills: Must have ability to perform basic microsoft excel as a minimum
* Problem Solver: Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
* Time Management: Efficiently manage your time to meet deadlines.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
No overtime
