We are working with an international firm with offices in ten countries as they recruit for a highly experienced Legal PA. This firm have an exceptionally collaborative and supportive culture – there is next to no Secretarial turnover, this vacancy has only arisen as a result of upcoming retirements!
This role will support five Partners and work alongside another PA in a hybrid capacity (three days onsite, two days WFH). Office location is in Dublin 1, very close to both the Red Line Luas and Connolly Station.
The duties of this role will include:
File maintenance on the system – opening, closing and archiving files.
Administration of new clients – KYC and AML checks, conflict checks and updating client contact details on firm database.
Billing including drafting narratives and preparation of invoices.
Preparation of documents in line with house style.
Responding to and effectively storing correspondence
Ad hoc administration support on special projects as required.
Experience using legal case management and billing software is essential. You will have spent 5+ years using these packages as a Legal Secretary / PA in a leading commercial law firm. Suitable candidates will have an interest in working in a team environment with a busy caseload and a collaborative practice group.
