Project Director
We are seeking an accomplished Project Director to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex civil engineering projects within a transportation framework.
* Lead the delivery of assigned infrastructure packages from inception to completion, ensuring seamless project management.
* Manage NEC contracts (ECC, PSC, TSC) including drafting, administration, and dispute resolution, with emphasis on contractual compliance and performance.
* Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor project progress, risk, and financials, providing regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
* Ensure adherence to health & safety, environmental, and quality standards, driving a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, strong decision-making skills, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective project management strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
