Dutch Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
* We are seeking a skilled Dutch-speaking customer service specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner using CRM systems.
* Communicate regularly with internal and external customers regarding order status and progress.
* Review and maintain customer open orders on a daily basis to ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.
* Stay up-to-date on products, inventory levels, and promotions to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
* Communicate effectively with team leads and stakeholders to address customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience is highly desirable, particularly in the healthcare industry.
* Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with proficiency in French being an advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, along with comfort using IT systems.
* SAP or ERP system experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
