Job Title: Administrative Support Professional
The role of the Administrative Support Professional is to provide comprehensive support to both our office and site teams. This involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high professional standards in documentation, systems, and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing administrative assistance to office staff, site managers, and project teams.
2. Coordinating and maintaining documentation, records, and filing systems in line with company standards.
3. Supporting the implementation and upkeep of internal systems and administrative controls.
4. Liaising with site teams to ensure timely receipt and processing of required project information.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a construction or engineering administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
