Job Summary
A seasoned leader is required to spearhead cross-functional teams in delivering intricate electronic products from inception through to mass production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive and coordinate engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams using structured project management best practices including planning, scheduling, risk/issue management, and cost control.
* Ensure compliance with established project gate review frameworks.
* Manage communication across internal departments and external stakeholders effectively.
* Oversee scope, schedule, and cost changes using formal change control processes efficiently.
* Guarantee adherence to relevant safety and regulatory standards at all times.
* Contribute to process improvements in project delivery consistently.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in project management, preferably in electronic product development.
* Degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology.
* Formal project management certification (PMP preferred, Prince2 or equivalent considered).
* Experience leading cross-functional projects using structured methodologies successfully.
* Familiarity with Electronic hardware design/Embedded software/Mechanical product design principles.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Experience working in regulated industries such as life safety, medical, and industrial controls.
* Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
* Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems is advantageous.
