This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts / Office Manager to join our team at a leading architectural practice.

You will be responsible for providing direct support to the directors in overseeing day-to-day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide regular reports to the Directors on performance against targets and budgets.
","
* Manage monthly payroll.
","
* Maintain accurate financial records using Sage Software.
","
* Manage and track staff annual leave, absences, and key employee records.
","
* Maintain the office Quality Assurance system to ISO 9001 including preparation of documentation for annual audits.
","
* Prepare and issue invoices and statements; manage credit control and follow up on outstanding payments.
","
* Support tender submissions and bid-writing.
","
* Liaison with accountants in preparing year-end accounts.
","

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
","
* Strong planning, organisation, and multitasking abilities
","
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
","
* Proficiency in use of Sage payroll and accounting software
","
* Experience preparing reports, invoices, and formal documentation
","
* Experience in ISO 9001 Quality Assurance system
