Job Title
A seasoned Facilities Management professional is required to oversee the daily operational services within a facilities management contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing soft services in a multi-tenancy building and multiple sites.
About This Role
This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including but not limited to:
1. Facilities management contracts maintenance contracts
2. Soft Services – Reception Security Alarm Monitoring Confidential Waste Sanitary Waste collections pest control Extract canopies and ducting cleaning Window Cleaning Plant Maintenance and Cleaning)
3. To Manage Soft Services proactively engage with clients and stakeholders on issues ensuring the highest standards are adhered to at all times;
4. To review PPM reports and recommendations.
5. To project manage externally appointed contractors & other agents to ensure economic & timely delivery in line with IDA objectives.
6.
