Requirements:
* Possess CIP or APA qualification in General Insurance.
* Hold at least 3 years' management experience within the insurance industry.
* Demonstrate strong leadership, relationship building, and change management skills.
* Harness experience in contact centre operations, forecasting, and technology.
* Exhibit confident communication and a proactive approach.
