Job Description Field Marketing Manager Affirma's marketing services team is growing and looking for a skilled, passionate and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join one of our clients' Field Marketing Team in Dublin to play a critical role in achieving our client's mission. Our client firmly believes in the power and importance of creating world-class brand interactions and experiences - big and small - that directly contribute to the success of the business. As the Field Marketing Manager, you'll be at the heart of our client's field marketing strategy, connecting to customers and prospects in a number of regions. You'll define a region-specific marketing plan that supports our sales strategy and meticulously plan, promote, and execute dozens of events as well as marketing campaign tactics throughout the region. You'll ensure that the program is successful and pay close attention to the details and budget for each event or tactic you execute. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with superb organization, fresh ideas, and a knack for marketing that impacts revenue. Key responsibilities:Defining region-specific marketing plans that support our sales strategyOrganizing and hosting online and in-person events that create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing opportunities and deepen our customer relationshipsManage all aspects of event coordination including: strategy, objectives, materials creation, event messaging/marketing, signage, giveaways, contract negotiation, vendor relations, site selection, registration, agenda scheduling, staffing, on-site production and F&B, & logistics, budgetCollaborate with regional leadership teams to develop and implement an integrated strategy that combines email marketing, paid media, direct mail, and other field marketing channels you see fit, such as account-based and product and partner marketing teamsResearch industry events and marketing/campaign opportunities and evaluate sponsorship based on client's objectives and target audienceAssist regional sales and partnerships teams by increasing local/regional brand awareness and driving leads and MQLs in the regionCollaborate with demand generation and marketing operations team to develop metrics to measure the success of all initiativesTrack results of all national campaign activity and making recommendations for future activity (KPI's, budgets/financial returns, ROI, planning, sizing)Significant travel required (15% of time)Requirements:You have 3-5 years of marketing experience at a technology companyYou have experience implementing integrated campaigns across multiple locationsYou have experience managing budgets and are comfortable with numbersYou have strong project management and organizational skills, leaving no detail untouchedYou have an understanding of the foundations of marketing and how events can play a critical part in moving the business forwardYour communication skills are out of this world; you are able to clearly and concisely craft messages to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting to management teamsYou have strong stakeholder management skills and are comfortable managing expectations and keeping teams on trackExperience working on a large global marketing team across time zonesExperience working in hyper-growth global SaaS, B2B organizationsExperience in Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, project management toolsWhy Affirma?One of Ireland's Top 12 Tech Companies to Watch (According to The Irish Times)Casual environment, surrounded by incredibly intelligent and motivated co-workers, and a performance-driven cultureFlexible ScheduleOpportunity for growthGreat location, great people, exciting projects, and tons of funOpportunity to work Remote in IrelandAffirma is an award-winning consultancy specializing in Mobile, Cloud, Business Intelligence, SharePoint, Technology Infrastructure, Custom Development, Visual Design, and Staffing Services.
