The Role As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in the delivery of complex software solutions used by internal stakeholders and external customers.
Working in a modern Agile environment, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality software with a strong focus on continuous integration, deployment, and testing.
Responsibilities Collaborate with architecture and product teams to develop innovative technical solutions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
Ensure high-quality deliverables through test-driven development and code reviews.
Drive end-to-end delivery of key product features.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and promote continuous improvement.
Work closely with QA and Dev Ops teams to ensure robust CI/CD practices.
Essential Criteria Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
Strong development experience with C#.
NET and/or Java.
Solid understanding of secure coding practices and API design.
Proficient in source control (Git) and CI/CD automation tools.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Passion for testing and software quality.
Desirable Skills Front-end development experience (React, Type Script, Java Script, CSS).
Experience working with AWS, including serverless architecture and containerization.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
Exposure to TDD, BDD, or similar testing methodologies.
Knowledge of financial systems and markets is a strong plus.
