In our newly renovated Ballroom, few settings for Cavan weddings are as romantic or beautiful as Farnham Estate.Role/Responsibilities:Ensure the highest levels of quality, presentation, consistency, and service.Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing new staff.Create and manage staff rosters within budget constraints.Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Maintain and document compliance with hygiene standards and HACCP regulations.About The RoleRequirementsPrevious experience in a restaurant, or hospitality leadership roleA confident communicator and strong team motivatorSomeone with a hands-on attitude and a natural sense of hospitalityGreat organisational skills, a calm presence, and real attention to detailA passion for quality food, drink, and outstanding guest serviceAvailability to work a variety of shifts.
