Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, coordinating customer deliveries, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stock Management: Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
* Customer Deliveries: Coordinate with customers to arrange delivery schedules, manage logistics, and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Order Processing: Receive, process, and dispatch orders in a timely and efficient manner.
* Inventory Control: Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
* Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
* Previous Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with inventory management software.
* Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
