The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth front-of-house operations. They will lead the front-of-house staff, cultivate a welcoming environment for guests, and uphold high standards of service and professionalism.

Requirements:
* 2 years' experience in a Front of House or Front Office Management role within a 5-star Hotel environment is necessary
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation and Time Management Skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
