PSP blends strong design thinking with hands-on construction knowledge to produce elegant, energy-efficient, detail-driven work.Role OverviewWe are looking to appoint a skilled and driven Architectural Technologist Graduate to become an integral part of our growing team. This role will involve significant responsibility across technical design development, detailed drawing packages, and coordination of site based queries, primarily on bespoke, high-quality projects.The position offers a hands-on working environment, with close collaboration alongside senior architects, clients and consultants from early design stages through to project delivery. The successful candidate will have a meaningful influence on both the technical resolution and overall quality of completed buildings.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of detailed technical drawings and construction information using ArchiCADProduction of high quality planning, tender and construction packages ensuring compliance with specifications, building regulations, and design intent.Collaboration with architects and design teams developing concepts into workable technical solutionsLiaising with project parties at all stages of architectural processesCoordinating information with consultants and design team membersEnsuring compliance with Irish Building RegulationsAssisting with site queries and construction-stage documentationAssist with material research, detailing, and the integration of sustainable design strategies.Required Qualifications & SkillsDegree or Higher Diploma in Architectural TechnologyStrong technical ability and attention to detailProficiency in ArchiCAD; BIM experience advantageousSolid understanding of Irish Building RegulationsStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work both individually and collaboratively within a team environmentDemonstrated ability to produce well-coordinated technical drawingsWhat's on OfferCompetitive graduate-level salary in line with Irish market standardsMentorship and structured professional developmentExposure to a wide range of project types and stagesSupportive and professional studio environmentOpportunity for career progression within the practiceApplicants must have the legal right to work in Ireland at the time of application.
