Role Overview
We are seeking a Document Controller to join our team in Balbriggan. This role requires someone with strong administrative skills who can go beyond traditional administration tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our documentation processes, ensuring smooth workflows, and supporting various functions within the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain document control systems and processes, including SharePoint.
* Ensure accurate filing, storage, and retrieval of project and company documents.
* Support preparation of PowerPoint presentations as required.
* Assist in the tendering process, including preparation and collation of documents.
* Monitor and maintain version control of all relevant documentation.
* Provide administrative support to project teams and management.
* Ensure compliance with company standards and document management procedures.
Requirements
* Proven experience in document control or administration, ideally within construction, engineering, or a related industry.
* Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with SharePoint or other document management systems.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support different business needs.
