Key Responsibilities
Carrying out daily project office administrative tasks, in support of the project management teams.
Managing the flow of documentation in the project office.
Archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to the necessary documentation.
Placing orders and raising purchase orders.
Maintain strong communication between members of staff.
Provide administration support to Directors when required.
Requirements
At least 1 years' experience as a Site Administrator.
Construction experience required.
Understanding of ISO document control.
Excellent Organisational skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
