Job Description Odyssey Social Care Ltd is committed to providing high-quality care and support to young people in residential settings.

Role Summary: We're seeking passionate and dedicated Children's Residential Social Care Worker to join our team.
You will play a vital role in delivering individualised care to young people referred to our service, helping them grow, develop new skills, and overcome challenges.

Flexible Rostering focused on work-life balance Core Professional Training in essential subjects Team-Building Activities Social Events Education Assistance Grants Health Insurance Grant Life Insurance Incremental Pay Scale Employee Assistance Program for Employees and Family from Day 1 Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualised Behaviour Support Plans and Placement Plans Support young people with educational activities, both at home and in school Deliver responsive residential care aligned with the Odyssey Model Maintain accurate daily records and communicate with parents, professionals, and referral agents Participate in team meetings, training, and service development Manage petty cash, assist with domestic routines, and contribute to a homely environment Uphold safeguarding protocols, confidentiality, and company policies Educational Requirements: A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant and related field that meets the criteria to be registered as a Social Care Worker with CORU.
Required Criteria: CORU registration A full, clean manual driving license that is valid in Ireland.
Familiarity with the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres.
Experience working with teenagers exhibiting challenging behaviour.
