Provide companionship, emotional support and administer medications according to our responsible and safe administration policy.
Document all care provided on our healthcare management system, providing a high standard of care as a keyworker.
Contribute to individualised person-centred plans, respecting customs, values and spiritual beliefs of those we support.
About You
You have experience working in residential care settings, preferably in senior or team leader roles, with relevant Health or Social Care qualifications.
A full clean driver's licence is required, along with knowledge of scope of practice for social and healthcare professionals.
Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy and motivation are essential for helping others achieve their potential.
