What you'll do:
As a Client Manager based in Dublin, you will be instrumental in shaping the experience of global institutional clients from their initial onboarding through ongoing relationship management.
Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with sales, trading, and asset management teams to ensure clients receive outstanding service while navigating complex regulatory environments.
You will be responsible for tracking high-value relationships using advanced workflow tools, maintaining up-to-date records in client databases, and proactively resolving any issues that arise.
By participating in strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the organisation's reach in global markets, you will contribute valuable insights that drive business success.
Your commitment to risk minimisation and compliance will underpin every aspect of your work as you coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for global institutional clients by coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure all regulatory requirements are met efficiently.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with buy side clients by proactively assessing their needs and priorities on a daily basis.
Collaborate closely with sales and trading teams to facilitate client growth and deliver banking, securities, and asset management services seamlessly.
Assist desks and stakeholders in managing competing priorities while expediting clients' ability to trade without compromising risk controls.
Participate in developing new client strategies for global markets by contributing value-added ideas that enhance service delivery.
Work alongside the Front Office to understand client requirements and track high-value relationships using robust workflow monitoring systems.
Ensure all documentation for large institutional clients complies with global regulations such as AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS, MiFID, credit, and legal standards.
Maintain accurate client status updates in databases to monitor progress and elevate issues promptly when necessary.
Support initiatives that impact large client relationships by providing thoughtful coordination and communication across departments.
Champion best practices in risk minimisation by applying meticulous attention to detail throughout all aspects of client management.
What you bring:
Undergraduate degree or college diploma demonstrating foundational academic achievement relevant to financial services.
Up to six years' experience working within buy side firms or capital markets environments where relationship management was key.
Comprehensive understanding of financial markets including trading products and regulatory frameworks such as AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS, MiFID.
Proven ability to manage large-scale client relationships with sensitivity towards their evolving needs and priorities.
Exceptional time management skills enabling you to deliver results within tight deadlines while supporting global desks effectively.
Advanced analytical skills allowing you to organise complex information and prioritise tasks across multiple projects simultaneously.
Outstanding communication abilities enabling you to present recommendations clearly to colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
High degree of intellectual curiosity paired with passion for continuous learning and self-motivation within a collaborative team setting.
Experience working independently as well as cooperatively within diverse global workforces focused on client service excellence.
Meticulous attention to detail combined with sound understanding of risk processes ensures due diligence is maintained throughout all activities.
