Job Title
An experienced Human Resources Generalist is required to oversee the day-to-day HR function on-site and support management across all areas of people management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all daily administrative HR duties on-site
* Foster a culture of employee engagement and open communication
* Act as the point of contact for employee queries and issues
* Support Heads of Department with recruitment, training, and performance management
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
* Maintain accurate and compliant employee records
* Ensure statutory training is scheduled and recorded
* Advise on employee relations issues and support disciplinary/grievance processes
* Submit accurate weekly payroll information
* Assist in implementing group-wide HR projects and initiatives
* Monitor absenteeism and support return-to-work processes
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualification in Human Resources Management or currently pursuing one
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR role, ideally in a hospitality or service-based setting
* Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and emotional intelligence
* Confident supporting managers and dealing with conflict or sensitive matters
* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment
