Job Description:
A 3rd-line Manager is sought to lead a rapidly growing group of Sales Development Representatives in a hyper-growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will provide a healthy and reliable inbound pipeline to support the overall sales organisation and achieve regional objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Sales Development Managers and Business Development Representatives, focusing on scaling and evolving the organisation.
- Align the Sales Development team with Central Sales Management to ensure tight collaboration.
- Coach and develop Sales Development Managers, collaborate with marketing and sales programs teams on demand generation plans, partner with Sales Management in Central to meet targets, and engage with recruitment to hit annual hiring goals.
Requirements:
- Prior experience and successful background in Sales Management and/or Sales Development Management.
- Must have 3rd line leadership experience.
- Experience gained within Software/Information Technology/Cloud/SaaS Sales organisations selling complex solutions.
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve performance goals and consistently overachieving pipeline and revenue targets.
