We are seeking an experienced Relief Chef de Partie to join our team of culinary professionals. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including restaurants, hotels, and special events.
Culinary Standards
Prepare and present dishes to a high standard, maintaining consistent quality and presentation across all venues.
Section Management
Run your section smoothly, ensuring efficient service and maintaining consistency during busy periods.

Guide junior staff, contributing to a professional and supportive kitchen environment.

Food Safety
Follow all HACCP and safety procedures to ensure compliance at every shift, prioritizing food safety and hygiene.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar level in professional kitchens
- Valid HACCP & Manual Handling certificates (we can assist if needed)
- Strong communication, organisation, and ability to work independently
- Professional references from previous chef roles
- Legal entitlement to work in Ireland
