We are a team who have done this in practice - not just advised on it.We’re looking for a Data Architect who can design practical, scalable data solutions — and ensure they actually work in the real world.This isn’t a role for someone who wants to design perfect architectures in isolation. We need someone who can balance good design with speed, constraints, and business priorities.What you’ll be doing:Design data architectures aligned to business and product needsSupport build vs buy decisions across platforms and toolingWork closely with product and engineering teams to enable deliveryEnsure data foundations support governance, scalability, and performanceBring clarity to complex or fragmented data environmentsWhat we’re looking for:Ability to make pragmatic trade-offs — not over-engineer solutionsComfortable working across strategy and hands-on deliveryExperience supporting data transformation or platform build-outsStrong communication skills — able to explain decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWhy this role:You’ll play a key role in turning strategy into something that can actually be built — and making sure it stands up over time.
